SAVe our River’s Grasses

Submerged aquatic vegetation (SAV) is the foundation of our river’s health. In 2023, St. Johns Riverkeeper launched its 5-year SAVe our River’s Grasses Expedition – seeking answers and solutions to the disappearing SAV of the St. Johns.

Resilient Ribault is an initiative to address the challenges facing the waterways and communities in the Ribault River and Moncrief Creek watersheds. This area of the St. Johns River watershed is highly vulnerable to flooding and pollution problems, in addition to numerous socioeconomic factors.
